Ingredients:
- Asparagus (3-4 spears per person)
- Thinly sliced prosciutto (you can find it in the deli section), one piece per 3-4 spears
- Extra Virgin Olive oil
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Bend the asparagus, it will break off where it is supposed to. Keep the top section, throw the bottom part away.
- Take 3-4 spears and wrap the prosciutto around them.
- Lay on a cookie sheet (I like to line mine with foil, makes for easy clean up)
- Spray with extra virgin olive oil (I used my Misto), however, you could use cooking spray, or just drizzle a little bit over the spears.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
